Also, not sure why you think TWO Ralph stores is "too many" for Dallas. Because 2 is all there are, NorthPark and HP Village.
-Ralph Lauren has closed it's store at Northpark that was near Neiman Marcus, but has opened a POLO Ralph Lauren store near Nordstrom.

-Canali is slated to open it's Dallas store between TAG Heuer & Omega in time for Spring 2016.

-I am predicting that the only currently announced store that could take Ralph Lauren's old space would be a larger than usual Longchamp store, but I am thinking they just haven't announced the retailer yet that will take the old Ralph space.

-I agree that two is not that many Ralph Lauren stores. Although now we only have one true Ralph Lauren at Highland Park Village (which honestly was always better and bigger accounting for all main lines) and then the new POLO Ralph Lauren store at Northpark. Maybe the HP Village store was bringing in enough revenue they saw it unnecessary to have two full lines in Dallas. who knows.

Did you ever go in the NorthPark Ralph store? It was not of the same caliber as the Village store. Didn't carry the full line (no Collection for women or Purple Label for men).

-As soon as I said that other response I realized that the Northpark store definitely lacked the upper labels of Ralph Lauren. I never meant that it was intended to be on the same caliber as HP Village, but was nonetheless closer to a full store than the exclusively POLO store that is now at Northpark.

Agree. If you live in either Dallas or Houston, there's a lot of great shopping to be had.

Thanks for the response!

I will look into the Ann Mashburn brand I am not familiar with it.
For the Seaside Luxe, it actually is part of the new MARKET store concept team not a separate store itself. Or at least that is my own understanding.

*Also there is an error in the ETRO in HP Village, it should not be bolded since Houston already has an ETRO boutique, it will be corrected next time.

WOW such a beautiful store! Thank you so much for sharing. I really like the new sidewalk outside the store as well hopefully they continue that around the entire village.
