I suppose the backlog of rape kits in the state aren't important. If sexual assaults were so important, then why do we have a backlog of untested rape kits? This is a slap in the face to actual rape victims. Their untested and unsolved cases just aren't important for a special session. This legislature is sickening. Rape victims seeking justice should march down in Austin and demand answers from that POS Dan Patrick.
