If you’ve got these kinds of issues over bumper stickers and t-shirts that other people are wearing, man - that’s got to be rough when you hear people order Coke over Pepsi.

Ok. Buc Ee’s doesn’t have a cult following. Happy?

Odd....I have never experienced anyone shoving Bucc-Eees items down anyone's throat. LOL

Texans love Bucees, HEB and Whataburger.
HEB expanded to Mexico several years ago but can't be found in any other US state apart from Texas.
Whataburger can be found as far west as Phoenix. Bucees will be just fine.

Whole Foods (Whole Checks) is also Texan, but Texans don't embrace that brand as much as the other three... maybe too healthy for Texan's tastes? Whole Foods feels more California to me than Texas.

It admittedly was a nice thing to have only in Texas but it also made me feel at home on one of my trips to Atlanta when I wanted some brisket in the middle of Alabama…

Whole Foods doesn't embrace their Texas roots the same way those other companies do. As for Bucees, I'm not obsessed but I do enjoy stopping there during road trips. Their brisket sandwiches are solid and they have a great selection of trail mix. I also don't have to hold my nose in the restrooms.

I don't have a Bucees t-shirt or bumper sticker so I guess I'm not classified as a cultist by some on this board . . . not that it matters. I stop at Bucees when it's convenient. I really don't like their brisket though. I bought a big RTIC cooler and a softside RTIC cooler there, some deerfeeder parts, and a few other t-shirts.

Considering their main office is in Pearland area there are not but a couple of H-town area big stores while the MetroMess is saturated.

Nah. Theres 5 super stores. Katy, Baytown, Waller, Lake Jackson and Texas City. The only metro area that has as many is DFW which makes sense because they’re the two largest metros.

But yeah, there are those smaller concept stores that you mention (though still large for a c store) where they saturate those towns in the southern suburbs of Houston.
