Saw season one on PBS recently and am now really hooked on season two which started tonight.

I hate the fact that parts had to be left out to fit US tv--no wonder I tend to get things mixed up! usually get the characters confused when there are so many and it's long and drawn out.

BTW, the "new" Upstairs Downstairs" was terrible IMHO compared to the original. Why don't they just keep the original? It's the best thing I've ever seen on tv.

I didn't realize that the American version had been cut by 2 hours. Here's an explanation:
