Talking with my daughter on the phone today we both agreed that while we do NOT like AI (or any of the other "talent" shows), we both LOVE The Voice. And, by the way, we also agreed that, since we don't follow country music, we had never heard of Blake before last year's Voice. HOWEVER, Blake is so handsome and so charming we have both started watching youtube videos of him. Of course we also like Adam and Celo but that Blake.....hmmm.
Funny how the coaches seem to matter more than the comtestants, lol.
I really like this show.. I hadn't been able to watch the first season unfortunately, so I'm really looking forward to see what happens next!
Darn, I missed it . Anybody know if it will repeat this week???
My local listings show it repeats on E! Entertainment Television. Season 2 episodes one & two are on this Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. If you get that channel, check your local listings.
As if people with Southern accents aren't judges, lawyers, rocket scientists, have PhD's. Sorry but that sort of attitude is ignorant and "hicklike."
I love The Voice but I don't like the way it is setup so that a mentor can have two or three great voices on their team but pit them against each other and have to eliminate some. I love the first part of the judging but after that it sort of falls apart for me. Some teams have people that aren't as good but because their competition might not be as talented they could get through while others get knocked out.
Thought I was over the White Stripes, but you hooked me again.... AWESOME version of Seven Nation Army......
