I was thinking the same thing about the jury. It will be huge! I bet Exction Island is so they don't have to pay for all the "luxuries" the jury gets at Ponderosa.
No, Jonas, you did not miss anything. One minute both Wendy and Keith are jumping for joy about getting a second second chance, next we see them hoisting the white flag. I, too, felt it was incomplete.
Well dang! I completely missed that part. I'll need to re-watch that one. lol I'm more lost than Keith at this point.
Yeah it was very weird seeing everyone so happy to still be in the game and then suddenly without warning we see Wendy and Keith raising the sail to go home. It did feel very glossed over. No real idea how much time passed. If it was the same day, the next day, even 2 days later, what the weather had been like, who knows. It seemed very obvious Keith hadn't been happy out there. But what happened with Wendy? I guess we'll never know. It almost felt like the show was treating them as quitters which seems a bit unfair given they were already voted out.

Well, they did raise their hand, when asked if they wanted another chance.
Being this is so edited - we have no idea what has happened in between the time we see one situation and the next. Getting Joe out now was the smart move. Send him to extinction where although he has another chance to get back into the game - he's playing against people that also want to return and will work their hardest to do it.
The players already know that Keith received an advantage and used it against Chris - untying the knots - so that he had an obstacle which hindered him and thus cost him the chance to reenter the game. I'm sure they are thinking - that should another such advantage be given on extinction - that person will use it against Joe when they again go up against each other to reenter the game - thus putting him at a disadvantage.
I've enjoyed the new format because it's different - it's gotten to the point idols are too common - you can almost predict who the next person to be voted out is ect.. These changes really have elevated the game for me so that it's not so predictable.
You know since Joe got there Wendy and Keith may have thought 'heck we ain't beating Joe in anything, why stay? No need to suffer', although they'd make the jury so dunno. Perhaps they didn't know that part (?). All very odd and poorly explained.
Wendy and Keith left before tribal council so had no idea who might be voted out and joining them.
