What do you mean? As in will that make Eric Dallas' sherriff? Or as in does it make Eric a fool to want to die in the place of someone who wants to die?
I don't think Eric knows that Godric wants to die (if we even know that to be true for the tv series), so maybe when he's chained he doesn't know it yet
My husband and I are in love with this show We are quickly watching all the old shows so we can watch the new show Sunday in Las Vegas at our hotel It is great to find a sexy show that we both are mental for
I just watched the first and up to date second season this past week. I couldn't stop myself. I told my husband today that I'm in love with Bill.
I'm new to this show. How come when the vamp (Bill?) sucks Sookie's blood she doesnt turn into a vampire?
Isnt that how it works? when Bill was fighting in the war and the lady sucked his blood he turned into a vamp right?
Bill only takes a little of Sookie's blood during their lovemaking. In order to turn her, he would have to drain her, offer his own blood, and then bury her. Then she would die and resurrect as a vampire.

I read in this thread, or another thread on a different forum, that the books say Sookie and Bill don't stay together. Is that true? Noooo!
I'm going to buy the southern vampire series once this season is over.

A friend of mine turned me on to the books years ago...they're very entertaining.
As for your question (SPOILER), let's just say that things do eventually 'escalate' between Sookie and Eric.

You should purchase the first series because there are all kinds of rules and stuff that you learn We bought the first series and became hooked and frequently go back and rewatch the first series to bone ourselves up
