I hope the ladies' team loses next week, so Holly can hopefully be sent home. Here's my "Maria" moment - like she was a fan of Cyndi, I was a fan of 21 Jump Street and thought highly of Holly. After getting a glimpse of her true comportment, I am just sorry to say I am disappointed.
She proves my theory about celebrity - the ones who are true celebs are realistic about their importance and how soon they can be bumped from tier A right down to tier D. It's the B/C-list celebs who have a false sense of grandeur and carry themselves around like peacocks.
Are we not Biased a little bit?? Pittsburgh guy and all...
OMG! You're kidding! Is he really from Pittsburgh? I had no idea. I've never even heard of him until this show!
I just googled him and I'm amazed that he's from Butler! TOTAL WOW! The only song I recognize is Every Rose Has It's Torns.
How is it possilble I didn't know he was from Pittsburgh? I know Christy Agalara is from Cranberry. I don't like her though. I would want Donald to fire her!
I'll admit that I'm slightly biased because I think he's one totally hot looking dude!
If he was a slacker or a jerk, I wouldn't be swayed by his looks though.
ETA: I read further. He was merely born in Butler. He moved to Mechanicsburg when he was a child. He's more from the Harrisburg area than Pittsburgh.

That's much better wording. She is stunningly beautiful.
LOL... I literally LOL'd at this comment. Sell out? I highly doubt that. I know a lot of people and not one of them even has a Cyndi song on their mp3 players. Sell out a concert?... not in 2010. But Cyndi still thinks so.
And if you were as up to date with concerts as you seem to think you'd know that Cyndi performs sold out concerts all the time.

Riiiiiiiiight.
And, FTR, I said, I know a lot of people and not one of them has any song of hers on their mp3 players. HEck, I myself have 3 iPods... not one Cyndi song. Not one mention of my vast knowledge of concerts. You call venues like Agua Caliente Casino (Rancho Mirage, CA) and Spirit Mountain Casino (Grande Ronde, OR) serious concert venues? Those are the only "sold out" shows listed on her own official site. That's tragic. Reminds me of the time we were out in the middle of nowhere in Missouri and saw the marquee for a bowling alley where Air Supply was going to be headlining that weekend.
Stop taking it so personal... it's a TV show. If you wanna use your time on the internet to argue with people, that's your right, but it seems like a waste of time, IYAM. *shrug*

I find it funny (and sad) that you think that simply because you and your friends don't have any of Cyndi's songs, that means she doesn't sell out concerts. Based on that logic, if me and my friends don't own any songs of a particular artist that artist isn't successful. There are lots of artists whose music me and my friends do not own and miraculously, their careers are still successful. Sorry to break it to you, but the world does not revolve around your iPods.
I think if Cyndi performed in Orlando....she would have a sell out crowd for sure because there are lots of us who are middle-aged. Not so sure about the really young crowd. My younger kids (18/20) have no idea who she is....even though they ARE familiar with her songs.
Here's a thought....and I certainly don't want to turn this into a political discussion.... but the country crowd is generally pretty conservative. When both of those country performers gave one month sales proceeds to Cyndi's charity....I wonder if they had any idea it was for gay rights. I mean....that boy didn't even want to wear a chain.......
