My claim has also been pended, have you been contacted by a claims examiner?
I checked my status after I got off the phone with the claims examiner and it changed to pended from "You may have been separated for misconduct in connection with your work".
When I certified for the first time online, it said my claim has been received but is not payable at this time.
Sounds to me like your former employer has disputed your entitlement to UC. You need to find out what they said so that you can offer rebuttal. Good luck.
I am on my 5th week and my claim still states that it is pended however cannot contact anyone to resolve keep getting busy signal and if I do get thru part way thru the # selection I get a busy signal. I live in Pa but worked and claimed benefits in NJ however the company sent Pymts to Pa so they were contacting company to resolve that was 3 weeks ago....nothing since do not seem to be able to contact anyone for updates, what is next move?
[quote=tgauder01;23587697]I just checked my claim inquiry. It says, "Your claim has been pended. Please call a Claims Agent"
Anyone know what this means?
