Yes you should be. Do you have open claim still? It's probably going to be easier for those with valid claims that haven't expired yet but who've exhausted benefits.

No open claims. So I just gonna have to wait until the 28th?

Benefits exhausted in January 2020? or claim expired in January 2020? or both? either way you should be eligible. my point was that i thought those whose actual claims hadn't expired yet but exhausted benefits would already be in the "system" so to speak and would probably be easier once they implement PEUC

He’s got an existing claim, with payable benefits exhausted.

However, he’s got some fraud issues to bypass first.

Default April 28th

You must be kidding, at least Newsom talks about it in his Addresses, our NJ Governor Phil Murphy won't even address the issue or give us a time-table...

For CA peeps the date is still April 28th as he announced.

We're bleeding here in NJ.

I agree though by the time we get anything I'm afraid the Lockdowns will be over and we will all be heaped onto a pile to be forgotten to deal with our own aftermaths.

Even today on the phone, I FINALLY got a human being and she hung up after telling me to call another office.

Blood bath is what we have in NJ. Hopefully, the PEUC exhaustees don't get thrown out with the bath water. I keep checking every day for updates on their website and zilch.

I keep getting this message below when I try to sign in for the past few days. The eternal optimist in me is hoping this means they are updating the exhausted claims to add the 13 weeks.
