That sounds wonderful! I've never heard of pre-made crepes. I love crepes, but they are so time intensive. Now I have a craving....

I've seen something like that before and almost made it. It looks so good. Do you have a favorite recipe?

Sheena: Costco had the crepes and I hope they are good, because it's a handy idea

I have some Gardein chicken so I am thinking "chicken" and veggie pot pie on noodles.

My short-cut recipe is 1 can of Rotel, 2 diced beefsteak tomatoes, and then maybe 1/2 tsp or so of cumin. After it cooks down, crack the eggs on top, then finish off the cooking in the oven.

I think I'm going to make that tomorrow night (tonight is kidlet night and not an egg fan)! I found a recipe that has my requisite minimum number of ingredients (DH jokes that I can't cook anything without 20 ingredients or more)

I found a shakshuka recipe with lots of spice, and will make manaquis bil-zatar (flatbread) for the sole reason that it contains sumac. I have a small amount that I have never used

The pot pie was gone in one sitting. The boy loved it, even the quorn mock-chicken. It was after football practice so he probably would have devoured anything.....

Meh. Looking through kitchen and I think we will make a bright marinara sauce with spinach, eggplant and red peppers and fresh herbs over an artisanal pasta we bought, and a side of spinach souffle ala Stouffer's.
