For snow total updates you can use these links. They both update when NWS updates their report sheets.

Eastern Region Map of reports: National Weather Service - Eastern Region Hydrometeorological Event Display

That 14" is Cornwall in Addison County. NWS acknowledges the wide spread ranges due to difficulty measuring in the wind. They say take a few measurements and get an average at best. The more measurements that go in the beter we can see. If multiple areas are reporting similar results it gives us an idea how much fell around there.

I hear there is a ton of snow falling, but the wind is so intense it's blowing the snow right off the mountain!
