I agree, 23c is definitely NOT winter weather. Anybody trying to say that Florida has anything remotely like a winter is really, really, really clutching at straws.
Sunny and 23°C is refreshing compared to 30°C and sunny
Depends on the sun. Last time I was in Queensland with temps around 27-29C, it was what I would call nice, warm etc, with the weaker late May sun.. Likewise, mid May weather in Los Angeles, with temperatures in the mid/high 20s , felt pretty darn pleasant -I'm assuming because of the smog weakened sun. A mid December day here, with temps in the low 20sC, can sometimes feel much worse -not refreshing at all.

Unpleasant is the term I use. Being outside on a 23C day can be unpleasant, depending on the sun.

Agree, the odd Arctic front may be an outlier to average temperatures, but the fact they are so statistically deviant from the mean and still don't effect it - shows that the climate is still overwhelmingly mild in winter.
It does get an unfair rep as it is mild much of the time with decently long growing seasons without the extremes found in continental regions of the world. The one disadvantage it would have (for some) would be the lower number of sunlight hours per year, compounded by higher latitude lower sun angle.

Oh trust me it is when you have just left 25F. I've arrived in FL to 73F and sunshine, and it felt great and quite warm. 55F and cloudy, no way that would just be chilly uselessness. The cold waves in FL are certainly shortlived compared to ours, but when it hits in the middle of your vaca it isn't fun.

But you could also make the same statement about a lot of the eastern North American climates. I mean, St. Louis has a winter mean high temp of 43F, and that is given the massive deviations that take place in the Midwest.
