I think we should be allowed to use lethal force to kill intruders, like that farmer years ago.
Invaders into the home should have no rights in any situation like that. If they injure themselves while breaking into a house, they should not be allowed to claim anything. They made the decision, now they should live (or die) with it!

I think you should be able to use a certain amount of force to protect yourself & your property, but I don't think it should be legal to kill anyone who breaks into your home...
I would find it very, very hard to kill another person (as I'm sure most sane people would), and the only situation I could see myself doing that is if it was a 'me or them' situation - i.e they were trying to kill me so if I don't kill them I'd die instead. Otherwise, I wouldn't. Most burglars in the UK don't have guns so I would probably just try to hit them on the head with something. I guess it's hard to know what you'd do in that situation.

I'm not a murderer I would not shoot. I have no problem doing so if they are threatening me or my family. Otherwise I'm human, not a psychopath so I have feelings to, I agree it would be very hard to shoot someone not harming you that is flat out murder. I can't do that. Never, human life is precious.
