You could also go the Flushing, Queens which has NYC's second (smaller) Chinatown.
I honeslty drive to the main chinatown because i actually feel like I'm in china for a mile, the people walking on the streets are all just Asian just like the feel, think i might go for some Russian food in the Russian village

Well you might want to go to Rego Park, Queens for a Bukharian experience or to Brighton Beach/Sheepshead Bay in Brooklyn for an Odessan experience. Both are Russian speaking areas of people that came from different republics of former USSR and have different cuisines.
I completely forgot that my city has a Chinese restaurant/take away as well as the kebab place, so thats two foreign cuisines in my city now
I never see anyone in there though so not sure how popular it is.
