The phrase "I'll send ya a 411" is something that drives me up a wall...... So when someone is saying those words I would like another person to give me a clonk on the head with a stinkin brick...

Belly. Last year i had a middle-aged physician, who only treats adults, use that term when referencing my stomach. "My what?" "Your belly". "Excuse me?" "Your belly". "Oh yeah, right, the thing that's above my pee-pee, right doc?" My new doctor speaks appropriately.
