What does "just (as) a for your information" mean? Shouldn't it just be FYI?

FYI in modern usage is often used as a noun, as is Q&A or FAQ. Using it as a noun refers not to its content, but to the blocked package containing a certain kind of information.

The abbreviation FYI has morphed into a noun. It's quite common, right or wrong.

One of my coworkers always said "banded" when she meant "banned". Smoking is banded in the building.

That pronunciation must come from the same folks who say that their dog or cat was, "spaded", rather than, "spayed".
When I hear this mispronunication, I am always tempted to ask these people if their veterinarian sterilized the shovel prior to using it for surgery.

From the automotive forum, from a poster whose car "has an analouge clock right in the middle of the guage cluster". He then repeated "analouge".

I talked to a woman who was complaining about the "detention pond" that was behind her house.
