WITHIN 14 DAYS NEED TO SEAL THE HANDSINKS TO THE WALL

Owner-Linda. Issued green sign and dated. Observed test strips, checked temperature in refrigerator. Reviewed how to setup 3 comp sink. Checked mop sink, hand washing sink, restrooms. Hand sinks are now sealed to the wall.

No violations at time of inspection. Inspection sign and discussed with PIC Ken. Green sign updated.
