At time of inspection, observed ground beef animal products stored above whole cuts of meat at kitchen reach in cooler(s). Educated and discussed with Manager and ground beef was properly moved to store below whole cuts of meat. Abated during inspection and no further follow-up.
Raw foods are separated from each other during storage, preparation, holding, & display.
Foods are protected from physical contamination during storage, preparation, & display.
