CONSULTED WITH TRAVIS GLENN(ASST MANAGER). THEY HAVE NO REPORT OF ANY FOOD PREP EMPLOYEE SICK THE LAST 2 WEEKS. OR AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
TCS COLD HOLD TEMPS;CHICKEN=39 DEGREES F, TURKEY=40 DEGREES F, HAM=40 DEGREES F. SEA FOOD=40 DEGREES F.
THE MANAGEMENT WAS AWARE OF THE COMPLAINT.
OBSERVED FOOD EMPLOYEES WEARING GLOVES WHEN HANDLING TCS FOODS.
7/31/12 THE SANITARIAN ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE COMPLAINANT AT THE PROVIDED PHONE ON THE COMPLAINT, THE PHONE RUNG FOR FEW MINUTES NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. NO VOICE MESSAGE AVAILABLE ON THE PHONE TO LEAVE CALL BACK MESSAGES.
COMPLAINT WILL BE CLOSED AS NO CAUSE FOR FURTHER ACTION.

DISCUSSED THE FOOD SAFETY WORKSHOPS/FOOD SAFETY ISSUES.
DISCUSSED THE NEW RULE REGARDING LETTUCE AS OF JAN 2013 MUST BE HELD AT 41 DEGREES AND BELOW. THE FACILITY CURRENTLY HOLD THE LETTUCE UNDER REFRIGERATION AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
GREEN SIGN WAS UPDATED.
