Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Label all sanitizer buckets with the common name of the chemical to identify the content. Red buckets observed with no labeling and contained sanitizer.
Labeling "Provide complete labels for packaged cakes in the dining room reach-in freezer to meet State requirement. Labels must include the common name of the food, all ingredients in descending order (including dyes), the name and address of the business, and the weight of the item. Observed no ingredients listed, no weight and no address on the packaged cakes that are decorated and packaged onsite and held in a freezer in the customer dining room. The store will also need to purchase a State Food Manufacturing license for packaging cakes. Another option is to lock the freezer doors. -Store requires time to obtain proper labeling or purchase locks so the issue was not corrected onsite."
