    can withstand repeated warewashing
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Observation: The floor behind the ice machine was soiled. In the pop walk-in cooler, it appears that a pop has exploded soiling both the ceiling and the wall.
  • PHF/TCS food maintained at 135°F or above, except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time us used as a public health control
    Observation: There were items in the sandwich hot hold warmer below the required 135 degrees
  • Cutting surfaces maintained
    Observation: There were cutting boards in bad repair.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Near the pop dispensing machines, the top of the iced coffee machine and the pop machine ice chutes were soiled.

    Donuts on rack uncovered.
