3-501.16 Maintain potentially hazardous food at 41 F or below. /The following foods were out of temperature between 44-51F on top portion of line coolers: pre-boiled eggs, mexican rice, sour cream, shredded cheese mix, and spinach dip. Foods were voluntarily discarded, and violation was COS.
4-601.11 Repair dish machine and wash, rinse, and sanitize in 3 compartment sink until repair is verified by JCDH. /Dishmachine was not dispensing chlorine at a minimum concentration of 50 ppm.
4-601.11 Wash, rinse, and sanitize soda gun nozzle and beer taps as often as necessary to keep free of slime mold and residue.
