Supervisor Comment: This establishment was closed due a malfunctioning water heater. The establishment was re-opened the following morning after a new part was installed and hot water was available.

One walk-in cooler is out of order. No food being stored in broken cooler and food supplier is supplying smaller amounts of food more often until second cooler is repaired. Follow-up for NOV #s 2E47001722, 1723, 1724, and 1725. All NOV's abated at compliance inspection or on 3/21/2012.
