4-601.11 Clean bottom of RI cooler. Accumulation of grime and residue on the bottom of RI coolers and RI chest coolers. Clean tops of stoves and inside ovens. Accumulation of caked on residue inside of stoves. 4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Grime and residue on gaskets on RI cooler doors.
4-204.115 Repair temperature gauge for sanitizing rinse on dish machine.
6-501.12 Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness. Accumulation of grime and residue underneath equipment and shelving.
