- - CVS moist wipes anti-bacterial were stored with aluminum foil and granola bars in the seasonal aisle
- - Baby wipes were stored with baby food items
- Toxic chemicals shall be stored in a separate area from food and equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
- *3.1/6.3 Observed a can of Bumble Bee tuna dented on the bottom seam. Packages of food shall be in good condition to protect the integrity of the contents and to prevent potential contaminants. Relocate this damaged canned good to a separate designated area.
- 6.2 Provide hand washing signs in the employee restrooms, to inform employees where to wash hands.
