  • 4.4/4.5- Retail freezer has a large amount of ice around door and interior. Make any needed repairs and/or defrost freezer.
  • 5.4- Provide a covered trash container in the women's restroom.
  • Note: Party bites pepperoni had a sell by date of 11/12/11. Check and rotate stock on a regular basis.
