  • During the reinsertion it was observed the drain had backed up under the area where dough is prepared. Operation voluntarily closed until it can be repaired. Reportedly plumber is coming out today to snake the drains. Contact this office (330) 723-9523 when completed so an inspection can be conducted for a re inspection prior to opening.
  • Following repeat violations were observed during the reinspection:
  • 6.4- Repair missing and/or damaged floor tiles to facilitate cleaning.
  • 5.1- Repair leaking three compartment sink. Reportedly parts are on order to correct this issue.
  • 6.1- Large gap under back door. Reportedly door is on order to be replaced. A work order will faxed will be sent to 330-723-9650.
  • Walk-in floor was not inspected at this time due to the sewer back up.

  • 3.4- Sliced cheese had an internal temperature of 46°F. Omelet mix holding between 45°F-55°F. Maintain potentially hazardous foods cold at 41°F and below. Omelet mix was discarded and new cold container was used for cheese.
  • 6.0/6.1- Grout between floor tiles are missing and floor tiles are cracked or missing. Repair floor to facilitate cleaning.
  • R4.5- Interior of the hamburger freezer is soiled. Clean this.
  • R4.4- Gaskets on the upright cooler and bottom of upright freezer are torn. Equipment shall be in good repair.
  • R6.4- Floor under equipment, behind fryers, and floor and wall junctures throughout including the walk-in cooler have food debris build-up. Clean this.
  • R6.1- Large gap under back delivery door. Provide new weather stripping or door sweep to prevent possible pest entry.
  • 6.4- Replace missing coving at the floor and wall juncture around the mop sink.
  • 6.4- Wall under and around three compartment sink is dirty. Clean this.
  • 4.5- Clean under and around melted butter trays and interior of the microwave.
