- Operation remodeled the serving line. The following equipment was added:

- - Cashier stand, Color points portable work table Model Number 28-CSS with UL label.
- Operation is now serving breakfast at 8:00-8:20 am daily.
- Discussed the lack of a preparation sink and obtaining prewashed produce.
