- *3.1/6.3 Observed dented seams on jalapeno canned goods in dry storage area. Food packages shall be in sound condition to protect the integrity of the contents from possible contamination and/or adulteration. Store damaged cans in a designated area for credit or return to the supplier. Reportedly, jalapenos are no longer a menu item. These cans will be discarded.

- Equipment shall be free of an accumulation of dirt, dust, food residue, and other debris.
- 4.4 Damaged door seals on the following refrigeration units: prep cooler, Beverage Air cooler, Traulsen upright cooler in biscuit area; Traulsen upright cooler behind grill conveyor, and upright freezer. Seals shall be in good repair. Reportedly, new door seals have been ordered.
