Currently, the operator uses bottled water for all prepared food products for the children on premises. they have a water delivery service that comes to the school twice daily which delivers water for other purposes. Details regarding the water source where not readily available; operator advised calling the director, Deb Roddy, on her cell at 518-354-2419 to obtain more details. A message was left on voicemail for Ms. Roddy regarding water source information and a request to call inspector with information. Operator at facility was advised to continue using bottled water for preparing of food items and/or washing of fruits. Food temps of foods in refrigerator included Oscar Meyersliced ham slices and precooked breaded chicken nuggets, both at 45 deg. F. Operator was advised to place all potentially hazardous foods in lowest part of refrigerator and to set thermostat to lower level to ensure foods are maintained at or below 45 deg. F. (Inspection was completed without Ms. Roddy calling back for water source information to be included in report). As per conversation with PE Susan Kennedy in office, operators are advised to disinfect the ""white bucket"" for water delivery occasionally with small amount of bleach to ensure proper cleanliness. Operators were advised further questions may be directed to office at 518-891-1800. (Ms Roddy called just prior to leaving and indicated she would get back regarding water source information).
