Floor of walk-in cooler appears adequately clean at time of inspection, reads 38F with all items covered and stored off floor. No food being prepared/served at time of inspection. Operator was unable to produce 0-220F metal stemmed food thermometer at time of inspection. Operator agrees to acquire and have food thermometer available before any food preparation or service takes place. (2) |
