Education was provided at the time of inspection on hot holding, sanitizing dishes, proper sanitizer levels for dishes and rags, and dented cans. 04/03/2014 | Inspection | All cook times are currently documented for all pizza slices containing potentially hazardous toppings except the chicken bacon ranch pizza slices. Staff quickly added this pizza to the logbook. This pizza was cooked around the same time as the other pizzas currently located at front service area display case (1:00PM today)
Must correct all violations no later than April 17, 2014. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to crd05@health.state.ny.us addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 4/17/14. |
