10/14/2015 | Inspection | Discussed the proper cooling of chili, pasta and potatoes. Discussed the prechilling of ingredients for pasta and potato salads. An inspection tag could not be located to show an annual fire suppression inspection. A compliance schedule of 12/31/2015 will be set for correction of all citations.
