 02/28/2014InspectionStore needs an all-out cleaning. Manager has been in talks with getting floor under fryer fixed, so that grease spills don't happen. Discussed keeping eye on temperatures of sandwich cooler close to grill. Tomatoes were temped at 45 degrees, Chicken noodle soup temped at 170 degrees.
