 06/17/2015InspectionObserved accurate probe thermometer and test strips for quat sanitizer at time of inspection. Temperature of hot dogs in homestyle refrigerator in kitchen was less than 41F. Observed accurate thermometer in this refrigerator.
No violation noted during this evaluation. 03/04/2014InspectionFacility has repaired urinal in men's toilet room noted in last year's inspection. Both 15A violations from previous inspection have been corrected. Concentration of sanitizer in 3-bay sink at bar was >200 ppm. This was verified with sanitarian's test strips. Facility's test strips were present at time of inspection as well as their probe thermometer. Facility would like to discuss doing a spaghetti dinner fundraiser.

Interview indicated facility using ice bath to cool meat sauce and cooling takes place within the cooling schedule. CCHD to drop off cooling schedule sheets to verify proper cooling. Facility currently repairing out of order urinal in men's toilet room.
