Both 15A violations from previous inspection have been corrected. Concentration of sanitizer in 3-bay sink at bar was >200 ppm. This was verified with sanitarian's test strips. Facility's test strips were present at time of inspection as well as their probe thermometer. Facility would like to discuss doing a spaghetti dinner fundraiser. |
