There are several pans of food (cooked peppers and onions, etc.) that are out to be discarded as they are leftovers from the festival over the weekend. Discussed cooling schedule with operator. Discussed with operator hand-washing and avoiding barehand contact with ready-to-eat foods. TTOC for above violation is 2 weeks (9/24/14). |
