The tech spent a majority of time inside the walk-in and not outside. All food items in walk-in at temp of 34-36 deg F. The 2 hanging thermometers in the walk-in were ~34 deg F. I hung my thermocouple in the walk-in for 5 minutes -temp of 34 deg F. The technician is scheduled to return on Friday or Monday to adjust in case unit is operating too cold. A 2 week ttoc, 5-2-13, has been established for all issues cited on yesterday's inspection. Since the weather has begun to warm up, the storage racks in the walk-in cooler and freezer will be power washed shortly per Pat. |
