No violation noted during this evaluation. 09/09/2015Re-Inspectionre-inspection conducted after scheduled HACCP. The following violations have been corrected from the previous inspections; 15a- floor tiles near mop sink have been replaced, 12c- walk-in freezer has been cleaned and repaired, no frozen condensate observed. 12c- no leak observed at doorway of dry storage area (no rain recently however), manager stated repairs to roof have been made and this area will be monitored. 12d-observed lid on toilet tank in ladies' toilet room.

Advised manager to ensure food products contained within do not reach greater than 45 degrees F. Fans operating and ambient air temp less than 40 degrees by end of inspection. Discussed ill food worker policies with manager, glove use and handling of chicken with chicken prep staff.
