Stressed the need to closely monitor the Glenco Reach-In Cooler to make sure that it can maintain the temperature of food in this unit at 45 degrees F or less. The three other Refrigerator/freezers had the following Air Temperatures: Hotpoint - 38.8, Keefer and Merritt - 42.5, General Electric - 41.7. Strongly recommended that they do not place any potentially hazardous food items in this unit until it is either repaired or replaced. Report is e-mailed. |

The following food temperatures were measured (degrees F): Glenco 4 Door Reach-In Cooler - Sausage Patties - 42.1, Ham - 55.4 (less than 1 hour); Sliced Tomatoes on ice - 47.3; Sausage Patty cooking on grill 189.6. Owner filled out blank application form and fee schedule and submitted a check for $75.00. An application was filled out by the new owner and will be brought back to the office. Report e-mailed. NOTE: Report resubmitted due to the inclusion of Item 15D which is not an intended violation but was entered due to an error.
The entire report has been reproduced along with all of the Violations attached to the Active Operation instead of the previous operation which was inactive. |
