08/07/2014 | Inspection | Closing procedures for cleaning and putting things away needs to be more thorough. Sanitizing solution should be drained from sink at the end of the night. Hand wash station needs to be cleaned, and the soap taken out of sink bay so it is open for use. Outside garbage cans have to be emptied at end of night. Garbage cans were overflowing and infested with flies. |
