07/14/2015 | Inspection | please call CCHD at 737-2019 if more time needed. All walls are required to be smooth and easily cleanable. Sewer gas odor observed, operated stated they have their floor drains cleaned regularly and are due soon for cleaning. Sterno are required to be properly stored so as not to pose a contamination risk to food, clean equipment, and single use items. |
