Establishment to use 3 - bay system (wash, rinse, sanitize @ 50 ppm cl, and air dry) until repairs are done. Repeat. 15B--No Lights inside Traulsen cooler in back prep area, light shields missing in 4 door Traulsen cooler in kitchen, end caps missing on light shields in kitchen, and fan grate on 2 door Traulsen cooler in back prep area has dust accumulation. Repeat.
