However, according to documentation, Food Handlers must wash hands between tasks, and are not allowed to wear jewelry, other than a plain wedding band. Observed Food Handler using bare hand contact of ready to eat foods, first touch clothing, and did not wash hands. Same person was also wearing a plastic bracelet, only bracelet allowed is a medical bracelet. Staff are not following writtend documentation.
