Observed tart 48 degrees F and tiramiso 47 degrees F out of cold hold temp in display refrigerator. Observed carrot cake 57 degrees F(stacked double so it did not receive refrigeration) out of cold hold temp in self-serve walk around unit, carrot cake placed on lower cold 41 degree shelf. Tart/ tiramisu placed in walk-in cooler. Units to be examined by refrigerator service staff.
