  • 1770 - Critical The following utensils were observed soiled to sight and touch: white plastic cutting boards in various locations. Also, service spoons stored in drawer back by wait staff refrigerators, were stored dirty, with visible food particles on them.
  • 1570 - Drawer containing black-handled spoons near the wait staff refrigerators was observed in a condition that prevents necessary maintenance and easy cleaning.
