Provide a temperature measuring device that is easily readable and accurate to +/-1.5 degrees Celsius in the intended range of use. Correct in 30 days. Until repaired install a rack hot range thermometer.

Violation: 1150 - The nonfood contact surface of the soda crates is not designed or constructed to be easily cleanable. Alter or replace this item to provide a surface that is free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices. Replace the soda crates with dunnage racks for the chip storage under the service counter. Correct in 30 days.
Comments:
Insufficicent cooling space available for the chicken. Chicken will be cooked and choped at store location and transfered to Dalton Hall walkin for cooling. Keep time and temperaturecharts with product for review. Cool all PHF's to 69 or below in 2 hours and to 41 or below in 4 hours. All foods must be covered in transport. Send copy of the new cooling chart to the Montgomery County Health dept.when completed.

Spoke with Mr. Ferguson (authorized building compliance official for Radford University) who said the punch list for the facility dated 8-9-07 had been satisfactorily fullfilled and that a occupancy permit would be issued. Copy of the occupancy permit is to be e-mailed to Joe Brunk and Greg Corell at the Montgomery county office of the Virginia Department of Health. Permit to operate was issued 8-17-07.
