Use of food gloves, date marking, hair restraints, sanitizer test kit and daily temp log with entry noted. Provided copy of H1N1 flu info sheet. Hand sink easily accessible and well stocked. Good job

At the time of the inspection there was no food preparation. Observed food gloves, sanitizer test kit, date marking, hair restraints.Noted up to date temperature logs. Pest control monthly. School has employee health policy in place.

Violations:
1800 - The nonfood contact surface of the ice-o-matic ice maker has accumulations of grime and debris. Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
3220 - Mops not hung up to air dry. Wet use maintenance items such as mops must be hung in a position that allows them to air dry so they are not allowed to grow contamination which can then be spread through the establishment at the next use.

Facility was formerly known as Warren Co. Jr. High and is now Warren Co. High School. Observed logs for: Sanitizer, daily production record. Remember to keep the hoses at the mop sink out of the sink. Facility is clean and organized at time of visit. Observed the use of gloves and hair restraints. Date marking practices observed.

Comments:
Check all units once food added - must be 41F or below. Temp log kept - use internal thermometer. Add kickplates to self serve units. Add hand wash sign to hand sinks (only needed at front sink) observed one at the others Lockers are not in yet for employee items General cleaning still needed (dust) and any unnecessary items need to be removed. Received a final inspection notice from the building dept. Air gaps observed wood table removed Dishwasher door needs to be adjusted. Fire suppression checked 8/06.

Hand wash signs, soap and paper towels needed at handsink. Ensure all units have thermometers (internal) Have Fire suppression system inspected. Please provide a copy of new certificate of occupancy if issued by Building Office (need approval) Ensure air gap at 3-bay sink, pot scrubber, and mop sink. Add an employees must wash hands sign and a covered trash can to rest-room. Establish an employee area (lockers not yet installed) Tues, Sept 5th - first serving day. Call for pre-opening inspection. Ceiling and floor (Perma Floor) appropriate, ample dry/cold storage, lights shielded. High Temp Dishwasher.

Inspection due to a complaint - No soap in bathrooms Inspection observation - soap available. rest-rooms are checked daily - several times a day. soap containers are added as needed or when notified by a student. Rest-rooms are cleaned nightly by night staff.
