  • THE UPSTAIRS STORE ROOM BY THE BAR DOES NOT HAVE APPROVED FINISHES. TAPE AND PAINT THE WALLS. REPLACE THE WOOD FLOOR WITH AN APPROVED MATERIAL & COVE. APPROVED MATERIAL IS COMMERCIAL VINYL COMPOSITE TILE, QUARRY TILE OR CERAMIC TILE.
  • THERE ARE SEVERAL UNNECESSARY EQUIPMENT ITEMS IN THE ESTABLISHMENT, INCLUDING UNVENTED OVENS. REMOVE THESE ITEMS FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT SO THE ESTABLISHMENT CAN BE MAINTAINED EASILY.

  • TONGS WERE HANGING ON THE TOASTMASTER OVEN. THESE CAN BECOME CONTAMINATED. DO NOT HANG UTENSILS. STORE ON A CLEAN SURFACE AWAY FROM CONTAMINATION.
  • UNWRAPPED STRAWS ARE BEING USED IN THE PIZZA AREA. THIS CAN LEAD TO CONTAMINATION. PROVIDE CUSTOMER DISPENSERS OR WRAPPED STRAWS.
