Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF SECTION 3-501.16 *PRIORITY* Potentially hazardous food is not maintained at proper hot or cold holding temperatures, specifically: Corn in grill area drawer cooler temped at 50*F. According to the person in charge the corn has been stored in drawer cooler since last night. Correction: Person in charge discarded the corn during inspection. Also, PIC started adjusting the drawer cooler at the time of inspection.
